Baltic Auto Hub is an independent search aggregator. We display publicly available vehicle listings collected from third-party marketplaces (AUTO24, AUTODIILER, SOOV, OKIDOKI, and any additional portals listed on the site). We are not the seller of any vehicle, and we are not a party to any sale, rental, or other transaction between a buyer and a seller. Clicking "View on [portal]" takes you to the original listing on the source portal, where the transaction is completed.
3. Consumer rights
Whether EU consumer protection rights apply to a given purchase depends on whether the seller is acting as a business or as a private individual, which is determined by the source portal and the seller, not by Baltic Auto Hub. Where a seller is a business, EU consumer law generally grants a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract and a 2-year right to submit a claim for defective goods. These rights are enforced against the seller and the source portal handling the transaction, not against Baltic Auto Hub. Private-to-private sales are generally not covered by these consumer protections. Always confirm the seller's status on the original listing before purchasing.

We collect listing data automatically from source portals and try to keep it current, but we cannot guarantee that price, availability, specification, or seller-type information is accurate or up to date at the moment you view it.
